Vibhuti Sharma has joined Legal Desire Consulting, a global Business Consulting firm as Consultant for IP & Contracts. Vibhuti is a trademark and copyright attorney having experience in securing protection for emerging brands, advising clients on the launch of product names and slogans, assisting in the management of IP assets, representing applicants in trademark prosecution and opposition matters, and copyright filings. Prior to joining Legal Desire Consulting, Vibhuti worked with Law Firms and organisations such as DigiSpice, LexOrbis and GLA Law handling matters concerning trademark prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, take-down notices, customs IP, drafting and vetting of Agreements and website compliances. A graduate of Symbiosis International University, Vibhuti concentrated her curriculum on trademark, copyright, and contract law.

Vibhuti is also a full-time Editor with Fashion Law Journal and works towards content writing, social media content creation (creatives, shorts, reels, stories, captions, etc.), and newsletter content.

At LDC, Vibhuti will be taking care of the intellectual property and contracts practice. She will be handling tasks related to IP filing, trademark prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, take-down notices, customs IP, drafting and reviewing agreements, and ensuring industry-level compliance for clients.
