Use of Hypnosis in Criminal Activity

Hypnosis is the process in which the subject person under interrogation accepts the suggestion of the hypnotist non- critically. Hypnosis is a large term date has been applied to a wide range of phenomena. Basically  it is a type of ASC that occurs through the non physical influence of one human being over another ASC means altered state of consciousness as any mental state induced by various psychological physiological or pharmacological manoeuvres or agent that can be recognized  subjectively by the individual himself as representing a sufficient derivation is subjective experience of psychological functioning from certain general norms for that dead individual during alter walking consciousness

HISTORY AND USES OF HYPNOSIS ON EARLIER TIME

 In this days hypnosis mostly used to help in building character in police officer toughness please it is one type of weapon and it can be miss guised by the criminals hypnosis has yet to travel a long way to become an aspect technique in police investigation India it is especially useful where children women and nerves person are involved as victim or  witness they prefer better under hypnosis

Forensic hypnosis is the term date applied into the use of hypnosis in criminology it may be described as a technique for the exploitation off the subject memories of witness or victim of behaviour crime to affect the recall of event description of people suggestion and the crime record involvement at the time of a particular offence the subconscious mind is able to store and recall much more information then is able to the conscious mind forensic hypnosis is not truth but the only e a tool to add the investigating fathers and corroborative evidence has to be collected by other means it can role of providing vital cases and details on which further investigation can lead to recovery the evidence and a case can be solved.
