The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Brooke Benzio has joined the firm’s Naples office as a partner in the Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation Practice Group.
Benzio is a trusted advisor who works alongside clients and colleagues with a sincere focus on what makes each situation unique. Although the “tools in the toolbox” are often the same, the solutions developed for problems and concerns presented by clients are specifically tailored to fulfill individual needs and desires.
“Brooke is an experienced trusts and estates attorney, and we are thrilled to add her to our strong Naples estate planning team,” said Patrick Bitterman, national chair of the Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation Practice. “The team will benefit from her holistic approach to estate planning and ability to customize and respond to the vast and varied spectrum of circumstances our clients experience over the course of their lifetimes.”
Benzio assists individuals and families with complicated legal and personal matters, including addressing transfer tax concerns, preserving familial wealth for future generations and providing security for individuals with special needs.
“Quarles has an excellent reputation for serving the needs of individuals, families and business owners with respect to estate planning, wealth preservation and probate and trust administration,” said Benzio. “My clients will not only benefit from the firm’s strong Florida presence, but as business and family life have become increasingly mobile, the firm’s national presence and network of talented attorneys in numerous other areas of legal practice will be extremely valuable.”
Benzio holds a Masters of Law from the John Marshall Law School (Chicago), a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
