International law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised Arrano Capital, the blockchain arm of Venture Smart Asia Limited (“VSAL”), on the launch of Arrano Alpha International Master Fund (and its single-legged feeder fund, together the “Fund” or “Arrano Alpha Fund”).
