Sidley represented Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) in the sale of its portfolio company Palisade, a provider of risk modeling and decision analysis software, to Lumivero, a comprehensive data insights software platform. TSCP retained a minority equity ownership interest in the combined company, which is backed by TA Associates, a global private equity firm. Lincoln International served as the exclusive financial adviser to Palisade. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
