Sidley represented wealth management infrastructure software provider BetaNXT in its acquisition of Mediant Communications, a provider of investor communications and technology-enabled solutions to banks, brokers, corporations, funds, and investment managers. Backed by Clearlake Capital Group and Motive Partners, BetaNXT brings together wealth management solutions into a single integrated platform. The Mediant acquisition augments BetaNXT’s suite of wealth management solutions, expanding BetaNXT into investor communications through Mediant’s digital-forward communications capabilities, industry experience, and reliability.

The Sidley team was led by Mehdi Khodadad and Matthew Stoker (M&A and Private Equity), and included Avni Mehta, Mariana Orbay, and Jihyun (Jamie) Yoon (M&A and Private Equity); Nicholas Schwartz, Mark Adler, Nicholas Prey, Bill Turnbull III, and Emily Hughes (Global Finance); Stacy Crosnicker and Sarah Recktenwald (Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation); Rachel Kleinberg, Katharine Funkhouser, and Jonathan Westreich (Tax); Ken Daly, Laura Collins, Jamie Sadler, and Iva Todorova (Antitrust/Competition); Sven De Knop, Alessandra Moroni, and Carys Golesworthy (International Trade); Scott Goldstein (Insurance); Eric Kauffman, Cathryn Le Regulski, and Emily Wajert (Labor and Employment); Sheri Porath Rockwell and Sasha Hondagneu-Messner (Privacy and Cybersecurity); Elizabeth McCloy, Jessica Royel, and Joy Kerr (Real Estate); Kyle Barnett, Dusan Clark, and Dina Kang (Technology Transactions); and Craig Francis Dukin (Regulatory).
