Sidley advised Outbuild, a fully-integrated construction scheduling and planning built for construction software company, in its US$11 million Series A financing. The round was led by Sway Ventures with participation from Hilti Venture, Trimble Ventures, and venture capital firms BGV and Zacua Ventures.
