(NYSEAMERICAN:GRO), an exploration and development company with a potash mining project located in the state of Amazonas, Brazil. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. acted as representatives of the underwriters, and Roth Capital Partners, LLC, Clarksons Securities, Inc., and Freedom Capital Markets were underwriters.
