Singapore – Sidley is pleased to announce that Daniel Lindsey has joined the firm as a partner in the Global Finance group in its Singapore office, where he will work closely with the Private Equity practice. Mr. Lindsey was previously a partner at Goodwin Procter and Kirkland & Ellis, both in Hong Kong.
Mr. Lindsey has extensive experience acting for private equity sponsors and private credit providers on debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings and fund level financings.
Mr. Lindsey has been listed as a rising star partner for leveraged finance in IFLR1000 (31st edition) and has co-authored “The Fund Finance Market in Asia” chapter in the annual Global Legal Insights – Fund Finance publication since 2020.
