Sarin & Co. – SGI Aviation Services sign Cooperation Agreement

Sarin & Co., established in Chandigarh, India in 1932, and SGI Aviation Services (“SGI Aviation”), based in Amsterdam, Netherlands since 2007, are proud to announce the signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the two entities.

SGI Aviation is an independent aviation services provider. The company provides asset and lease management and technical consulting to commercial aviation investors, lessors and operators. Headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, SGI Aviation has offices in Guernsey, Florida and Singapore. SGI Aviation is a company owned by Fintech Global Incorporated (http://www.fgi.co.jp) and Seabury Capital (https://www.seaburycapital.com/).

The Cooperation Agreement was signed by the two entities in Amsterdam, Netherlands effective 25 November 2019. Mr. Nitin Sarin, Managing Partner, Sarin & Co. flew to for the signing of the cooperation agreement.

The Cooperation Agreement will see Sarin & Co. and SGI Aviation, collaborate on their respective areas of expertise and services whereby they can, in the future, in addition to sharing each other’s knowledge and expertise also jointly offer each other’s services to their clients in India.

Speaking on this momentous occasion, Nitin Sarin, Managing Partner, Advocate, LL.M. in Air and Space Law & Solicitor (England & Wales) of Sarin & Co., said “We are delighted and overjoyed to announce this cooperation agreement. With India’s aviation market forecasted to grow at exponential rates over the next 20 years and requiring in excess of 2,300 aircraft worth over $320 bn, both Sarin & Co. and SGI Aviation are well placed to meet and exceed the requirements of aviation operators (commercial, corporate and private), lessors, banks and related organizations in India and abroad.
