Ropes & Gray advised New Mountain Capital in its acquisition of ALKU, a provider of specialized contingent staffing and consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
New Mountain Capital is a New York-based investment firm with over $37 billion in assets under management. ALKU was founded in 2008 and has achieved close to $600 million in revenue. New Mountain’s investment will support ALKU’s continued growth.
