Ropes & Gray Advises Underwriters in $400 Million Investment-Grade Bond Offering for Blackstone Secured Lending Fund

Ropes & Gray represented the underwriters in Blackstone Secured Lending Fund’s $400 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.350% notes due 2028. The transaction closed on Oct. 15.

Blackstone Secured Lending Fund is a business development company that invests primarily in the debt of private U.S. companies. As of June 30, its fair value of investments is approximately $11.3 billion.

The deal team was led by capital markets partner Paul Tropp.
