
Ropes & Gray represented St. Luke’s University Health Network in the integration of Grand View Health that was announced on July 1 after receiving all necessary federal and state regulatory approvals. The Grand View integration marks St. Luke’s network expansion to its sixteenth campus.
Grand View is a nonprofit community health system with 2,000 employees in Bucks and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania.
St. Luke’s is a fully integrated regional nonprofit health care network with 21,000 employees and over $4 billion in revenue. It includes more than 350 outpatient sites and services 11 counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
