Ropes & Gray advised Partners Group on its agreement to make a significant minority investment in VelocityEHS, a U.S.-based environmental, health and safety software platform. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on Aug. 16th in aĀ press release.
VelocityEHS, founded in 1997 and headquartered in Chicago, is a Software-as-a-Service platform offering products that help customers comply with a wide range of EHS laws and regulations. Partners Group is a leading global private markets firm with $131 billion in assets under management as of June 2022.
