Ropes & Gray advised Partners Group on its agreement to make a significant minority investment in VelocityEHS, a U.S.-based environmental, health and safety software platform. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on Aug. 16th in a press release.
VelocityEHS, founded in 1997 and headquartered in Chicago, is a Software-as-a-Service platform offering products that help customers comply with a wide range of EHS laws and regulations. Partners Group is a leading global private markets firm with $131 billion in assets under management as of June 2022.
