Ropes & Gray advised New Mountain Capital and Beeline, a provider of cloud solutions for sourcing and managing contingent labor, in the sale of a majority position in Beeline to funds managed by Stone Point Capital, a leading private equity firm. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The announcement was made May 3 in a press release.
New Mountain Capital is a New York-based investment firm with over $35 billion in assets under management.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity partner Garrett Charon, and included benefits partners Alexandra Alperovich and Danna Kivell, finance partner Stefanie Birkmann, tax partner Adam Greenwood, antitrust counsel Deidre Johnson, and data, privacy & cybersecurity counsel Kevin Angle.
