Ropes & Gray represented Altamont Capital Partners partner company Intuitive Health in the acquisition of Premier ER & Urgent Care, a Texas-based hybrid emergency room and urgent care clinic with four Texas locations. The partnership expands Intuitive to 23 hybrid emergency and urgent care locations.

Intuitive Health model creates cost-effective ways for patients to receive unscheduled care. The company operates in partnership with leading health systems nationwide including Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Delaware, Kentucky, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arizona, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
