Real Chemistry Acquires Greater Than One

Ropes & Gray represented Real Chemistry, a leader in AI-driven insights and marketing communications for the healthcare sector and a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, on the acquisition of Greater Than One, an award-winning agency specializing in healthcare-first media, technology and omnichannel strategy. The transaction was announced in a press release on July 22.

The acquisition brings expanded precision, stronger performance analytics and greater strategic clarity to Real Chemistry clients along every step of the commercialization journey.
