Global law firm Dentons has strengthened its Corporate and M&A practice in Luxembourg with the recruitment of partner Namik Ramić.

Namik Ramić brings more than 10 years of transactional experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, structuring, financing and equity capital markets. He advises private equity clients in relation to acquisition and other structures, and is active in the field of investment structures. He also provides general corporate law advice. In addition, he advises major international clients on financing as well as corporate restructuring and refinancing. He was previously a partner at Elvinger Hoss Prussen.
He speaks five languages including English, French, German, Bosnian and Luxembourgish.
