Commenting on the development, Arush Khanna shared, “I’ve known George, Lakshmi and Chaitanyaa from college days and collaborating with them to set up a firm seemed like a natural progression. Right from our first discussions to simultaneously open offices in Delhi and Mumbai, we knew we were on the same page. The like-mindedness and commonality of vision paved the way towards formally joining hands to establish Numen Law Offices. The name ‘Numen’, which implies ‘spiritual force’ or ‘influence’, is symbolic with our vision to be recognized as a cultured, competent and a solution-driven law office in the coming years.”
The Firm was advised by Legal League Consulting, a management consultancy company founded and headed by Bithika Anand, towards the Partnership Structuring. Nipun Bhatia, Vice President of Legal League Consulting, who designed the Partnership Structure & Governance Model of Numen Law Offices commented, “My association with Arush goes back to almost 7 years now. To help him establish Numen Law Offices was a fulfilling experience, both on personal and professional fronts. The Partners are young, with palpable energy, drive and camaraderie to jointly leverage each other’s strengths. All of us brainstormed over designing a partnership structure that would promote financial performance, without compromising on the true spirit of sharing amongst partners. We are glad that we’ve been able to create a merit-cum-parity based structure that will ensure Partners’ growth in alignment with Firm’s growth.”
