Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed Houston partner Susan Feigin Harris as its US Co-Head of Healthcare. Harris joins St. Louis partner Stacey Murphy in this leadership role.

Harris, who joined the firm in February 2022 alongside partner Donna Clark, represents health systems, hospitals and medical providers on a range of healthcare regulatory, transactional, government investigations and litigation matters nationwide. The most recent Chambers USA guide ranked both Harris and Clark in Band 1 in the Texas: Healthcare category, marking the 12th consecutive year for them to be honored by the legal publication.
Stacey Murphy, who serves as the firm’s Partner-in-Charge in St. Louis and Denver while co-leading its healthcare team, said:

Harris advises hospitals, physician groups, lab companies, post-acute providers, telehealth and healthcare innovations companies concerning a number of reimbursement, governance, operations, managed care and compliance needs. She has been a strategic advisor to children’s hospitals, in particular, concerning Medicaid managed care and Medicaid supplemental funding. Harris also regularly addresses federal and state health policy issues, works on behalf of clients with state and federal healthcare agencies on Medicare and Medicaid issues and other government funding and compliance concerns.
Harris, who was honored as one of the Houston Business Journal’s “Women Who Mean Business” in 2022 for her career achievements and community involvement, said:

Licensed in Texas, Harris earned her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and her bachelor’s degree in public policy studies and history with high honors from Duke University.
