Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is advising Houlihan Lokey UK Limited (Houlihan Lokey) as financial adviser to Eagle UK Bidco Limited, an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of certain funds managed by Bridgepoint Advisers II Limited (Bridgepoint) on its £169 million recommended cash offer for Eckoh plc (Eckoh). Under the terms of the offer, Eckoh’s shareholders will receive 54 pence per share in cash.
