News Clifford Chance advises Supernova Invest on the structuring and fundraising of Supernova Innovation 3

Supernova Invest, a leading player in DeepTech sector, has closed the subscription period for its latest seed fund, Supernova Innovation 3. The management company has successfully reached the target size of €100 million.

This achievement reflects the renewed confidence of Supernova Invest’s long-standing partners and the attraction of new investors, including institutional investors and corporates.

With this third vintage, dedicated like its predecessors to investments in DeepTech startups across four sectors 4.0, Health, Digital, and Energy & Environment, Supernova Invest will continue shaping the European DeepTech ecosystem by supporting groundbreaking technologies and the next generation of industrial champions. The fund has already completed its first six investments in France and abroad.

Clifford Chance advised Supernova Invest with a team comprising Xavier Comaills and Elodie Cinconze, partners, Alexandre Gardini, associate, on the structuring and fundraising aspects, as well as Pierre Goyat, counsel, and Elise Poiraud, associate, on the tax matters.
