Freshers Competition 2016 is being organized by Knowledge Steez exclusively for students to bring out the talented young faces who have just joined colleges in year 2016.
This competition will be a chance for them to showcase their talent and bring the best out in them. Apart from this the selected persons will be working with Knowledge Steez for one year, where they will be trained regarding research, mooting, career guidance, conducting legal aid programs, internship guidance and much more.
Eligibility:
The students participating in this event should be:
- First year students (College ID picture/or any other valid identity card proof must be sent along with the application for verification)
- Must not be more than 25 years of age
Stages of Competition:
Stage 1: Send you best click
In this stage the participants are required to send their best picture to the mail id mentioned below and after receiving all the applications your picture will be posted on our facebook page.
Selection for next stage will be decided on following basis:
- 80% weightage will be given to the likes received by the picture on facebook page of knowledge steez.
- 20% weightage will be given to the decision of the selection committee.
- Maximum 20 contestants (10 Mr. Fresher and 10 Ms. Fresher) will make to the second round.
Stage 2: Article Writing
The participants, who are selected for this round, will be asked to write an article on legal/social issue. The topic will be given by the organizer of the event (Max. words – 1500).
- Judges will select the best articles and no voting will be done at this stage.
- Maximum 10 contestants (5 Mr. Fresher and 5 Ms. Fresher) will make it to the third round.
Stage 3: Telephonic Interview
This will be the final round where the participants will be called up by our selection committee and a casual interview will take place.
Final Selection: Marks of all these three rounds will be added up in the end and winner will be selected on the basis of total marks.
