A Mumbai University Law Graduate Hridhay holds a Bachelors of Law Degree. Prior to joining MDP Hridhay managed his own firm, under the banner of HK Law Associates. He is also admitted as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). 

Hridhay’s fora of practice includes High Courts, Arbitration, Sessions Court, Labour Court, Quasi-Judicial Tribunals like National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission
