Mayer Brown represented Ullico Infrastructure Fund (UIF), an infrastructure investment fund managed by Ullico Investment Advisors, Inc., in its acquisition of a majority equity interest in Vista Ridge, LLC from affiliates of Ridgewood Infrastructure, LLC.

Vista Ridge is the largest operating water public-private partnership in the United States. The Vista Ridge water pipeline delivers approximately 20% of San Antonio’s fresh water under a long-term concession agreement with the San Antonio Water System and provides a diversified source of water to a drought-prone region.
