Mayer Brown advises TJC on sale of VT Group Holdings

Mayer Brown represented TJC in the sale of VT Group Holdings, Inc., a government services provider that delivers multi-domain modernization and digital transformation solutions to the US Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community of the US Government, to an affiliate of A&M Capital Partners.

The multi-office, multi-practice team was led by Corporate & Securities partner Philip Brandes and counsel George Rudy in the firm’s New York office.
