Mayer Brown advised on the Brightline Trains Florida (Brightline) project, which was named the winner of P3 Bulletin’s 2024 “Best Transportation Project: Transportation System.” The annual P3 awards series recognizes outstanding achievements in public-private partnerships across the Americas. This marks the seventh time Mayer Brown has been recognized at the P3 Awards in the past nine years.

The firm advised Morgan Stanley on groundbreaking transactions that provided financing to support design, development, and construction of high speed rail projects for Brightline, a high-speed passenger rail system connecting major population centers in Florida.
