Düsseldorf/Frankfurt am Main – Mayer Brown is a legal advisor on the purchase of food retail markets in Mühlheim, Nürnberg and Chemnitz. The purchase was carried out for a fund of HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH and the asset and investment manager GPEP. The purchase took place by way of asset deals. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase prices.

All three properties are in central locations and are 100 percent leased to Edeka and REWE.

The investment management company HANSAINVEST is part of SIGNAL IDUNA Group and has been providing a wide range of services related to the administration of liquid and illiquid asset classes for more than 50 years. Mayer Brown regularly advises HANSAINVEST on real estate transactions.
