London — Mayer Brown’s private equity team has advised new client and major IT consultancy, Collabera Inc. on its two separate acquisitions of Pracedo Ltd, the UK-based Salesforce IT consultancy, and Digiterre, an expert real-time big data software engineering solution provider, with both transactions having completed over the summer months.

Pracedo is an award-winning London-based company that offers market-leading Salesforce consulting for charities, NGOs and enterprise customers. The Platinum Salesforce Partner, founded in 2010, helps to build improved customer pipelines for its more than 425 clients through customized Salesforce implementations.

Digiterre is a software and data engineering consultancy, enabling technological and organizational transformation for leading companies. Digiterre’s products such as DataMax provide a real-time data management platform to data-intensive sectors including investment management, commodities trading and the banking & insurance sector.

The acquisitions of Pracedo and Digiterre will allow Collabera to augment its existing data consumer experience and software implementation services.

The transactions continue Mayer Brown’s long track record of advising on buy-and-build transactions for sponsors and strategies who may be headquartered outside of Europe but still committed to M&A activity in the UK and Europe.

Mayer Brown worked alongside Ben Doltis and his PcB team who have made a meaningful impression in the European mini-market digital transformation sector.

The Mayer Brown teams were led by private equity partners Perry Yam and Tarun Patel, and included Corporate & Securities associates Alasdair Maher and Anna Jackson-Smith, Tax partners James Hill and Simon Rose, senior associate Kirsten Hunt and associate Jack Feehan, Employment & Benefits partner Miriam Bruce and associates Cheryl Stevart and Freddie Calder, IP partner Mark Prinsley, senior associate Valerie Vanryckeghem and associate Ellen Hepworth, Real Estate partner Iain Roberts and associate Julia Wyszomirska, Litigation & Dispute Resolution partner Jason Hungerford and senior associate Findley Penn-Hughes, and Antitrust & Competition counsel Mark Hills.
