Mayer Brown represented Mongolian Mortgage Corporation HFC LLC and MIK Holding JSC in their exchange offer for 8.85% Senior Notes due 2024 (2024 Notes) and the concurrent new issuance of US$225,000,000 11.5% Senior Notes due 2027. Mayer Brown also acted on the 2024 Notes issuance.
