Mayer Brown has advised HSBC Bank, as arranger and lead manager, on Bletchley Park Funding 2024-1, a £244,543,000 public securitisation of a portfolio of buy-to-let and owner occupier mortgage loans originated by specialist buy-to-let lender Quantum Mortgages Limited and Hey Habito LTD, an online mortgage brokerage.

The portfolio of loans was transferred to the Issuer, Bletchley Park Funding 2024-1 Plc, by Cypher Funding LP (a CarVal AB entity acting as beneficial title seller). The transaction marks the first-ever public securitisation for Quantum Mortgages and represents ongoing confidence in the UK buy-to-let sector, as investor demand for these assets remain strong.
