Mayer Brown advised Singaporean investor Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd, on the acquisition of Holborn Gate from Fifty Eight Capital.
Holborn Gate, located in London on 326-332 High Holborn and 26 Southampton Buildings is an approximately 159,000 sq. ft. office and retail building next to Chancery Lane Station.
Coupled with the acquisition of 322 High Holborn & 44 Southampton Buildings in 2018, deals on which Mayer Brown also advised, Hoi Hup will now own 1.1 acres in the heart of Midtown. The team was led by Real Estate partner Simon Price and senior associate Erin Brayshaw and included partners Andrew Hepner and associate Jon Smith. Members of the wider team included partner Simon Rose, senior associate Peter Parten and associates Anna Jackson-Smith, Olivia Lucas and Kirsty McLeish.
