Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised and acted for NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited in connection with financial assistance availed by 15 SPVs of the Brookfield Renewables for the renewable energy portfolio (comprising of solar and wind) having an aggregate capacity of 300 MW spread across 5 States.
