Luthra and Luthra acted as Lenders’ Legal Counsel on InvIT financing worth INR 13,500 Million

The Firm advised and acted as Lenders’ legal counsel in connection with financial assistance availed byOriental Infra Trust (“OIT”) from a consortium of lendersaggregating upto INR13,500.00 Million inter-alia for the purpose of acquisition of 100% stake in Biaora to Dewas Highway Private Limited.
