Caio, a dual qualified Brazilian national, has over 25 years of experience as a litigator handling cross-border matters involving Brazil, the U.S., Europe, and Asia with a focus on international arbitration, commercial litigation, cartel litigation, securities and shareholder litigation, and restructuring and insolvency. His extensive background encompasses notable stints at leading global and Brazilian law firms.
