Linklaters has advised PostNord Strålfors on the acquisition of 21grams from Banqup Group (formerly Unifiedpost Group). The acquisition was cleared by the Swedish Competition Authority on May 30th, following a Phase II review and the transaction was finalized on June 5th.
PostNord Strålfors is a market leader in customer communication management and a vital component of the Nordic communication infrastructure. It handles over one billion transactions annually and generates SEK 2.2 billion in turnover (2024). 21grams specializes in delivering customer communication solutions through digital and physical channels, focusing strongly on software solutions and postage optimization.
