Bruce has 25 years’ experience advising clients on complex merger control, antitrust enforcement and foreign direct investment cases and defending high stakes antitrust damages litigation and director disqualification proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal. He is recognised as a leading practitioner in the market (The Legal 500 Hall of Fame and Who’s Who Legal Thought Leader) and advises clients across a range of industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, transport and the retail/consumer goods markets. Bruce returns to the firm from Addleshaw Goddard where he has led the Competition and Regulatory team for over a decade.
