Linklaters Continues U.S. Expansion with Arrival of Market-Leading Litigation Partner Robin Nunn

Linklaters is pleased to announce that Robin Nunn has joined the firm’s New York and Washington, DC offices as a partner in the Litigation, Arbitration, and Investigations practice.

Robin’s practice focuses on complex litigation, enforcement litigation, white collar defense, internal investigations, transactional due diligence, creation and review of corporate compliance programs, and consumer protection litigation. She also counsels on novel issues connected to new communication technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, payments, artificial intelligence, and big data. Prior to joining Linklaters, Robin was a partner at Morgan Lewis and co-leader of the firm’s banking industry initiative. She was previously a vice president and senior associate general counsel with a national bank holding company, where she worked with its credit cards, auto, mortgage, bank, broker-dealer, digital commerce, payments, and fintech subsidiaries.

Robin continues a string of significant moves for Linklaters in the U.S., following the recent arrival of Energy & Infrastructure partners Ron Erlichman, Marius Griskonis, and Judy Kwok, and senior counsel Lauren Bachtel and Diana Jeschke; M&A and Private Equity partner Lev Loukhton, Structured Finance and Derivatives partners Peter Williams and Joseph Gambino; U.S. Head of Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Andrew Gaines; and Financial Regulation partner Don Waack. The firm has also recently promoted three partners: Patrick Ashby (Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations), Gabriel Grossman and Michelle Lo (Tax) — as well as four counsel: William Huynh (Antitrust & Foreign Investment), Mark Dawson and Andres Loera (Banking), and Nicholas Atwood (Energy & Infrastructure).

Adam Lurie, Head of Linklaters’ U.S. Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice, commented:

“Robin is a brilliant litigator and a trusted advisor on high stakes matters to individuals and multinational corporations, which continue to face rising regulatory scrutiny and increasingly complex civil litigation in the U.S. and globally. Her wealth of experience in private practice and in-house complements the strengths of our existing team and will be invaluable to our clients as we continue to bolster our Litigation, Arbitration, and Investigations offering and scale our greater U.S. platform alongside client demand.”
