Linklaters advised Tecpetrol S.A. on its offering of US$400 million 7.625% Notes due 2033. The offering launched on January 13, 2025, priced on January 16, 2025, and closed on January 22, 2025. The notes are expected to be listed on the Bolsa y Mercados Argentina S.A. (BYMA), and admitted for trading on the BYMA and on the Mercado Abierto ElectrĂłnico S.A.
Tecpetrol is a leading participant in the oil and gas market in Argentina, and its activities include the exploration, exploitation, and transport of hydrocarbons. Tecpetrol is the second largest holder of wet gas acreage in the Vaca Muerta formation in the Neuquina basin, one of the largest shale areas in the world.
