Linklaters has advised Resi4Rent, the largest subscription-based apartment rental provider in Poland, on the acquisition of a plot of land on Brneńska Street in Poznań. Following the acquisition, the site was developed into a flex-living complex, enhancing the city’s private rental sector (PRS) with 411 units. This marks the fourth project launched by the platform in 2024.
Poznań Brneńska is the platform’s second project in Poznań. This addition expands its Poznań portfolio to 571 units, representing approximately one-third of the city’s total PRS market.
The Linklaters team was led by Tomasz Trystuła (managing associate), supported by Filip Witaszek (associate) and Joanna Roman (associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice.
