Linklaters has advised the Czech investor Investika realitní fond, OPF on the acquisition of Szyperska Office Center office building in Poznań from Wechta Nieruchomości sp. z o.o., which is a company from the group of one of the largest developers in Greater Poland.
Szyperska Office Center is a six-floor, A-class office building located in the very centre of Poznań, close to the Old Town, at the crossroads of Szyperska and Estkowskiego Streets. The building, with a modern style, was built in 2009. Its total leasable area exceeds 19,000 sqm, including over 17,000 sqm of office space. There is also an underground car park in the building and a retail and service area on the ground floor.
The transaction was led by Adriana Andrzejewska, managing associate in Warsaw Real Estate practice, supported by Ewa Sinkiewicz (senior associate) and Mateusz Korecki (junior associate). The transaction was supervised by Artur Kulawski, Linklaters Warsaw managing partner.
