The network will be available for all telecommunication operators in a wholesale, open-access model.

The Linklaters Warsaw team was composed of Klaudia Królak, counsel, Magdalena Szewczyk and Szymon Renkiewicz, managing associates, Natalia Burchardt-Mroczkowska, senior associate, Łukasz Czerepak and Adam Usiądek, associates, Jakub Gerula and Jan Kwiecień, junior associates in Corporate/M&A, Adrianna Sołtysiak, junior associate in Energy & Infrastructure, Mikołaj Bieniasz, of counsel, Jan Jurga and Michał Nocoń, senior associates in Tax, Szymon Sieniewicz, managing associate, and Sandra Słowik, junior associate in TMT/IP, dr Anna Laszczyk, managing associate in Antitrust & Foreign Investment, Łukasz Burakowski, managing associate, and Jakub Korobczuk, junior associate in Employment, and Ewa Sinkiewicz, senior associate in Real Estate.

The Paris office was also involved in this transaction, including Florent Mazeron, partner, Benjamin Prévost, managing associate and Espérance Ait Bachir, associate in Corporate/M&A.
