Linklaters has advised Hillwood Polska, one of the leading developers and investors in the real estate market, on the acquisition of a logistics park in Gdańsk.
The logistics park comprises two warehouse buildings, covering nearly 43,000 sqm. It is strategically located close to the A1 motorway, the Tri-City Bypass, and the Baltic Hub Container Terminal. The park’s full commercialisation underscores its attractiveness and importance to the logistics sector.
The transaction was led by Zuzanna Lipska (managing associate), supported by Katarzyna Grodzka (associate) and Aleksandra Stanulewicz (junior associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice. Janusz Dzianachowski (national managing partner) supervised the transaction.
