Linklaters has advised Fosun International Limited on the sale of the private bank Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG to ABN AMRO Bank N.V.. Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe is one of the leading private banks in Germany with a history of almost 230 years and is active in private and corporate banking, investment banking and asset management for liquid and illiquid assets. The transaction does not include the Luxembourg asset servicing business and is subject to customary closing conditions.
