Linklaters has advised Celsa Huta Ostrowiec sp.z o.o., one of the largest steel producers in Europe, on the acquisition of 100% of shares in Stal-Service sp. z o.o.
Celsa Huta Ostrowiec sp.z o.o. is a manufacturer of steel products and belongs to a Spanish group of companies operating in the steel industry. The Celsa Group brings together eight companies that are leaders in domestic markets of steel products.
Stal-Service sp.z o.o. is active in the processing and sale of reinforcing steel products. It is one of the largest suppliers of construction reinforcement for large infrastructure projects, such as the A1 and A2 motorways in Poland. Their portfolio includes such prestigious projects as: Nowa Łódź Fabryczna Railway Station, Sky Tower in Wrocław, II line of the Warsaw Metro, Złota 44, Galeria Północna and Galeria Młociny in Warsaw, Varso Tower, A8 Hjusta-Stockholm highway, Galeria Harfa in Prague and Southern Bypass of Warsaw.
