Linklaters advises CDPQ, Ardian, and Sagard in their entry into exclusive negotiations with PAI Partners to acquire a majority stake in Alvest, the global leader in ground support equipment for airports (GSE). Upon completion of the transaction, PAI would become the main shareholder of Alvest alongside a co-investor, while Ardian would retain a minority stake alongside the founders and the company’s management team.
