Linklaters advised Carroll Street Capital — a New York-based investment firm specializing in media and entertainment and led by Eduardo García Fernández and Jay Carolas — in structuring and executing a transaction that formalizes a partnership to create BRESH Global.

BRESH is an entertainment company deeply rooted in Latin culture, where happiness is pursued collectively. Known as “the most beautiful party in the world,” BRESH began in 2016 as an alternative events business in Buenos Aires. A favorite among the creative community, BRESH attracts millions of fans to its more than 500 annual events (including appearances at legendary festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Tomorrowland), in more than 100 cities and 20 countries.

Through this partnership, Carroll Street Capital and BRESH will create BRESH Global, an international media and live events platform. Carroll Street Capital will not only provide capital but also provide strategic access and support to drive BRESH’s growth. BRESH Global will establish its headquarters in Miami, with additional offices in Los Angeles and Madrid, positioning the company for significant growth and new partnerships across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
