Linklaters advised BSF Capital, as financial advisor, lead manager, bookrunner and underwriter, for Tamkeen Human Resource Company’s IPO on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The IPO consisted of 7,950,000 ordinary shares, representing 30% of Tamkeen’s issued share capital and was implemented through the sale of existing shares owned by selling shareholders. The IPO raised US$105.8m with an oversubscription of shares, indicating strong confidence in the company and its prospects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s manpower sector.
