Linklaters advised BlackRock Private Markets on its acquisition of a 49% stake in Chow Energy Public Company (Chow Energy), a subsidiary of Bangkok-listed Chow Steel Industries Public Company.

BlackRock’s Climate Finance Partnership, a public-private finance vehicle, formed by a consortium of ten investors aiming to accelerate the flow of capital into emerging market climate infrastructure, has partnered with leading local renewable energy operator and developer, Chow Energy.

The transaction was led by Linklaters’ Bangkok Managing Partner Wanwisar Nakarat.
