Linklaters has advised AXA IM Prime, through its GP Stake strategy, and Patria Investments, through its Global Private Market Solutions platform (Patria GPMS), on the entry into of an agreement to each acquire approximately a 15% stake in Latour Capital, a leading mid-cap private equity investment firm in Europe.

Completion of the transaction remains subject to the obtaining of the customary regulatory clearances required for this type of transactions.
